In this comedy of errors, the filmmaker Elia Suleiman tries to escape Palestine to find comfort in a new country but finds his homeland trails him wherever he travels. No matter in Paris or in New York, he always finds images that remind him of Palestine. Like his previous work, the award winning filmmaker examines concepts of identity, longing, and belonging.
