A true story of unconditional friendship and devotion!

In return to school, Arianne (Ari), 14, finds a new classmate, the Afghan Zahra. They become close friends and share everything, including Ari’s crush on Renzo. The two are in shock when Ari learns that her cancer has returned and she will not get better. This coincides with another piece of bad news: Zahra is informed that she and her family are being deported from the country. Fueled by determination, Ari launches a nationwide campaign with the slogan Sharing is Caring. She is determined to give up her place in the Netherlands for Zahra. Her school, and eventually the entire nation, helps the friends take action in Amsterdam against the Minister’s decision.

Can two teenagers really make a difference?
